A functional polymer with chemically switchable crystallinity

Abstract

The crystallinity of a linear copolymer of ethylene and diacetone acrylamide (DAAM) prepared by Pd catalyzed polymerization was eliminated when reacted with hydrazine in the gas phase and recovered when treated with ozone gas.
