Synthesis of multi-responsive polymeric nanocarriers for controlled release of bioactive agents

Abstract

Polymeric nanocarriers based on the amphiphilic block copolymer poly(2-dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate-b-poly(2-nireobenzyl acrylate) exhibited multi-responsive to UV, temperature, CO2 and pH, could be used for controlled release of bioactive agents.
