Abstract

The synthesis and reactivity of cyclam (1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane) in which the donor atoms were amino–amido or exclusively amido groups with ZrCl 4 (thf ) 2 (thf = tetrahydrofuran) are described.
