Intramolecular SNAr reactions as a route to complexes of hybrid cyclopentadienyl–phosphine ligands: synthesis of a rhodium complex of the first η511-cyclopentadienyl–phosphine–thioether ligand

Abstract

A convenient synthetic route to hybrid cyclopentadienyl–phosphine complexes is demonstrated by the high yield synthesis of the complex [RhCl{η511-C5Me4CH2C6F4P(C6F5)C6H4SMe}][BF4].
