A sonochemical approach to hierarchical porous titania spheres with enhanced photocatalytic activity

Abstract

A novel sonochemical approach has been developed to prepare hierarchical porous titania spheres in the presence of a triblock copolymer; it was found that textural meso- and macro-porosity could enhance the photocatalytic activity of mesoporous TiO2.
