Monodispersed ZnO nanoparticles from a single molecular precursor

Abstract

Monodispersed ZnO nanoparticles are easily prepared by the thermolysis of EtZnOiPr as a single molecular precursor and TOPO without any extra solvent as well as any oxygen source.
