Synthesis and characterization of multiferroic BiFeO3 nanotubes

Abstract

Multiferroic bismuth ferrite (BiFeO3) nanotubes have been synthesized using a modified template methodology and characterized by a number of techniques, including XRD, SEM, TEM, HRTEM as well as EDX and SAED.
