A photochemical route to discrete, ternary metal chalcogenide clusters

Abstract

Ternary clusters Cu9In10S9(SEt)21(PPh3)3 and Cu11In6S7(StBu)15 were isolated from the UV-photolysis products of precursors (PPh3)2CuIn(SEt)4 and (PPh3)2CuIn(StBu)4, respectively, and structurally characterized.
