Enantioselective catalysis with tropos ligands in chiral ionic liquids

Abstract

Enantioselective homogeneous rhodium-catalysed hydrogenation using tropoisomeric biphenylphosphine ligands was accomplished in readily available chiral ionic liquids and the catalytic system could be reused after extraction with scCO2.
