Construction of first anion-assisted helix inside a helix network

Abstract

Crystallisation of a pyrazole based ligand molecule in presence of strong acids results in anion-assisted helical networks, wherein two helices of different pitch lengths interweave and lead to a rare variety of a helix inside a helix.
