Entropy-driven molecular switch and signal amplification for homogeneous SNPs detection

Abstract

An approach was developed to rapidly and sensitively detect SNP in homogeneous solution based on an entropy-driven molecular switch and isothermal polymerase amplification reaction without addition of exogenous primers.
