Electrochemical sensing of l-histidine based on structure-switching DNAzymes and gold nanoparticle–graphenenanosheet composites

Abstract

A sensitive aptasensor for detection ofL-histidine based on the switching structure of aptamer and gold nanoparticlesgraphenenanosheets (GNPs–GNSs) composite was reported for the first time. The fabricated biosensor shows an expanded linear range, excellent sensitivity and selectivity against other amino acids.
