Metal ion-modulated graphene-DNAzyme interactions: design of a nanoprobe for fluorescent detection of lead(ii) ions with high sensitivity, selectivity and tunable dynamic range

Abstract

We investigate interactions between graphene oxide and a Pb2+-dependent DNAzyme, based on which a Pb2+ sensor with high sensitivity, selectivity and tunable dynamic range is developed.
