A novel organic–inorganic hybrid turbine-shaped hexa-Zn sandwiched tungstoarsenate(iii)

Abstract

Hexa-Zn-tungstoarsenate(III) [Zn(Hen)]6[B-α-AsW9O33]2·6H2O (1) consists of two [B-α-AsW9O33]9 subunits incorporating a unique turbine-shaped [Zn(Hen)]618+ cluster, which represents the first hexa-ZnII substituted sandwich-type polyoxometalate.
