Template-free synthesis and characterization of mesoporous tungsten nitride nanoplates

Abstract

We report well-defined mesoporous β-W2N nanoplates prepared by using layered WO3·H2O without templates. The tungsten nitride nanoplates exhibit typical mesoporous structures with size-controlled monomodal pore distributions.
