Porphyrin-LEGO®: synthesis of a hexafullereno-diporphyrin using porphyrins programmed for [4+2]-cycloaddition

Abstract

A hexafullereno-diporphyrinoid was obtained in a sequence of cycloaddition steps using porphyrins programmed for [4+2]-cycloaddition reactions and C60-fullerene.
