A room-temperature adenosine-based molecular beacon for highly sensitive detection of nucleic acids

Abstract

This study developed a simple, sensitive, and selective molecular beacon for detecting nucleic acids at room temperature based on coralyne induced conformational change of a MB through A2–coralyne–A2 coordination.
