Hydrogen bonded chiral sheet self-assembled from a C3-symmetric tricarbamate

Abstract

A crystalline chiral sheet spontaneously assembled under mild conditions from benzene-1,3,5-triyl tris(propylcarbamate), which is a C3-symmetric supramolecular atropisomer. The sheet-like structure was directly observed by TEM, and confirmed by powder and single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.
