Efficient NAD+-regeneration system with heteroaromatic o-quinones and molecular oxygen

Abstract

Heteroaromatic o-quinones such as coenzyme PQQ (pyrroloquinoline quinone) are found to be good catalysts for nicotinamide coenzyme regeneration by molecular oxygen.
