Hierarchical hollow TiO2 spheres: facile synthesis and improved visible-light photocatalytic activity

Abstract

We demonstrate here a simple one-pot approach to directly fabricate hierarchical hollow anatase TiO2 spheres with a mesoporous shell architecture, which show improved visible light photocatalytic activity owing to their unique structure.
