Controlled topologies and self-assembly behaviors of oligomeric supra-amphiphiles

Abstract

Trimeric and tetrameric supra-amphiphiles with rich self-assembly behaviors were fabricated in the adipic acid–dodecylamine mixed solution under the effect of hydrogen bonding. The hydrogen bonding can be switched “on” and “off” via pH variation and CO2 stimulus, thus leading to finely controlled topologies and self-assembly behaviors of oligomeric supra-amphiphiles.
