Anisotropic coordination star polymers realized by self-sorting core modulation

Abstract

End-functionalized polymeric ligands (macroligands) and azobenzene-3,3′-dicarboxylic acid with Cu2+ self-sort into anisotropic coordination star polymers with polymeric chains on the arms, grafted from each polar position of the metal–organic polyhedral core.
