Unsymmetrical starburst triarylamines: synthesis, properties, and characteristics of OFETs

Abstract

Functionalized triarylamines were constructed through Suzuki coupling for organic field effect transistor (OFET) applications. Easy solution processable OFETs yielded a good field effect mobility of up to 15 × 10−2 cm2 V−1 s−1. The ON/OFF ratio had a magnitude of 107, enabling the molecules to be promising electronic materials.
