DNA-binding property and antitumor activity of bismuth(iii) complex with 1,4,7,10-tetrakis(2-pyridylmethyl)-1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane

Abstract

The title Bi(III) complex is highly cytotoxic against melanoma B16-BL6 cells and able to bind to calf thymus DNA noncovalently.
