Palladium-catalyzed cyclization reaction of 1,6-enynes and disilanes to synthesize silyl benzofurans†
Abstract
A protocol for the synthesis of silyl benzofuran via Pd-catalyzed tandem cyclization and silylation from easily accessible 1,6-enynes and disilanes has been established. This protocol features excellent functional group tolerance and mild reaction conditions, yielding benzofuran derivatives in moderate to good yields. This method realizes the construction of silyl benzofurans with disilanes as the silyl source.
